2006 Wrangler Bolt Pattern and Jerry Can Mount?

I have a 2006 Wrangler SE 2.4L any1 know the what the Bolt Pattern would be? Also i am thinking about buying the Blitz Factory Spare Tire Carrier Jerry Can Mount. I have a 31" Spare now and plan on keeping that size for awhile also I will only have the can full for offroading which may be 3-4 times during the summer. Any1 have any experience with this mount? Good or Bad?

The bolt pattern for the YJ, and TJ is 5 on 4.5. The JK 2007- present switched to 5 on 5.

Just get the Blitz mount bracket for their 5 gallon jerry can. Bolt it up yourself wherever you want..

Do you have the other bracket that holds the can? Theres two brackets for that setup. The thing about the blitz carrier is that it has a strap to secure it and you can rig the cap with a lock. If you want the blitz one your gonna have to go "fab" and drill and bolt it to the tub/panels.

Yeah I got the red mount for the bottom and a metal strap that wraps around the can to the mount and you can put a lock on. Thats why I am curious about the spare tire setup with the Defender bracket.

Looks like a good setup to me, I like the look. Only thing is if you have to take the spare off itll be a pain, and mud and gunk will sit in there between it in the rim.. But those are only small inconvenences.

Cool Thanx! I think I'll give the Defender setup a try anyways. I like the setup with the factory bumpers and its not too badley priced then if it works out I can give my 2 cents to others.

How much does 5 gallons weigh? Would that be too much weight on your stock carrier with your spare? Unless you have a carrier that mounts on your bumper...

38lbs or so but I'd only fill it for trips it wouldn't be full all the time.
