Thats a very large body lift. In my opinion don't get it. Find a 3" suspension lift, or get a 2" suspension and 1" Body lift combination.

Absolutley not! Haha. Dont ever go anything over 2" of body lift, and thats pushing it in my book. As MoA said, the JKS 1.25" bl is a great way to go if you need a little extra height but do a 2" suspension lift as well. Even a budget boost will clear some bigger tires for ya.

x5. If you are looking for a "cheap" lift, do the 1" BL + 2" BB. I have the Daystar 1" BL (total body puck replacement) and it's around $135. You can shop around for a BB and get them around $75 w/o shocks. Add min of $130 for shocks.

A perpetual work in progress. Too much to list, not nearly enough to matter.

I guess I'm still a bit confused. What would I need to add 3" of lift to my jeep? I'm a bit confused with the terminology I guess. Thanks so much guys for the help.

2" BB (budget boost...2" coil spacers that go over the coil springs) or a 2" spring lift (new coils) with a 1" BL...same as the link you posted but it only lifts the body 1"...which is much better.

Yeah, what it boils down is a 3" body lift s a bad idea, spend a little more, do a most suspension lift, MAYBE a 1" body lift later if you need it to clear big tires, etc.. but that 3" BL just screams Mall Poser and is likely to get you hurt, either by rolling your Jeep or getting your a$$ kicked when you tell somebody you have more lift than them and show them your rig!

yep.. 2'' bb and 1'' bl is the cheapest way..

however acos (jks adjustable spacers) and a bl would be a nice lift if you had 420 bucks to spend on the acos.. you can adjust your lift by 1/8th inch from 1.25-3.5 inches of lift

In my opinion the only good reason for a BL is to fit a belly up skid plate, but that's just me I guess. I'm not hating; unless you have a bigger BL than suspension and then I'm just gonna make fun of you to your friends and know that they agree.
