3" Teraflex Springs / CAs

Hello.

I could buy a set of only 4.000 mls old 3" Traflex springs.
How much lift would I have with these springs compared to my OME HD springs?
How is the ride?

I could also buy 8 adjustable Teraflex CAs. Are they ok?

Thanks!
nicolas-eric

If the Teraflex CAs you're looking at are the first generation models with polyurethane bushings on both ends, definitely pass on them. They don't flex in the directions the axle wants to move which can cause torn control arm brackets. It even happened to me when I ran those arms for a few years after being given them by a friend. He actually didn't want to give them to me but I insisted because I desperately needed adjustable length arms at the time. He would have rather thrown them out than give them to a friend because they're such a crappy design.

Their springs are ok but pretty soft so they can sag sooner than some other springs will. My experience with them too, and I'll never run any other Tera products... I never had good luck with them. My personal opinions at least.

The OME HD springs you have net 3'' of lift.

So the springs wouldn't be worth it to me in your case.

Sorry I was wrong.

He sells Teraflex 3" springs and shocks.
But the adj. CAs are from Currie with johnny joints.
He also sells a Teraflex belly-up skidplate.

He only sells all the parts together. If the Currie CAs and the Teraflex skidplate are ok, I could buy that and sell th springs/shocks later.

EDIT: That means that the 3" Teraflex springs aren´t higher?

X2

The 3'' tera springs net 2.75 to 3.25'' after settling.

Your OME HD's settle at the same.

Thanks!

No I have to talk to him about the price..

How is the ride with teh Teraflex springs and OME shocks compared to my OME HD springs?

I could get more money when I sell my OME springs, because it´s easier to make them street legal here in Germany.
