305/70/17 fitment question

Will there be any fitment issues (rubbing control arms, etc) with a 305/70/17 on a 17x9 wheel that has a backspacing of 4.75"? This will be for my Unlimited that has a new 4" suspension lift. TIA!

Should be ok. May have some rubbing up front, depending on how wide they truly are. But that can be fixed with a washer or two on the steering stops.

Thanks for the reply. Would you happen to have a picture of the area where the washers would go? Thanks!!
