I have 31x10.50x15 BFG all-terrains and the only time mine have rubbed is on the trails. And that was very rare. You should be fine.

Nice and quite on the road.

Sorry to thread jack, but do they still fit with no rubbing on stock suspension? No lift no spacer, etc.

Yes you might have to adjust the steering stops as the link further up describes.

What wheels are those? I have the same rims but I have no idea what they are called, and I looked on the back and it says 15x8 but the build sheet says 15x7...

Have you been off roading with the H&R springs? I read on the H&R thread on the other forum that the H&R springs might become unseated if disconnected as they were close to the stock springs. Thanks!

Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs

The 31x10.5 Duratracs really hook up in the mud and snow..decent on the highway too.

With the 6 ply side walls and light truck rating-they are bit stiff for normal driving..

If your running stock rims, a small spacer will stop the rub at full lock. If your buying aftermarket wheels, just make sure the backspacing is a little lower than the stock wheels. I believe the canyon wheels have a 5" backspace. You want like a 4 or 3.75".
I just went with wheels on mine stock height 03 X BFG A/T's 31x10.5x15 but my wheels have a 3.75 backspace. It will stick the tires out of the flares a little though. Just my 2 cents.....

Yes I have and they have not came out, I am sure they have unseated too. Heck my 4.5" RE lift on my old XJ used to unseat, never lost a spring though.

Thanks for the post. I like the look of your TJ with the 1" lift. Are the Edelbrock shocks for a 0 or 2" lift? I haven't been able find any good prices on Edelbrock shocks. They are about the same price as OME and Bilstein. Have a good one!

Thanks for the compliment.

I want to say stock replacement up to 2" lift, I think it was part number 3318 but can confirm when it stops raining. I do think they do not have the down travel of the OME's, maybe that's why I have not lost a spring.

The Edlebrocks were hard to find when I bought them and seem to be getting harder to find. If I see some I will PM you, but nothing wrong with Bilstein or OME.

I read your post about the Edlebrocks handling washboard roads, which is what you find a lot of done here where I live. I saw them on clearance on the Edlebrock sight, but there were none that fit my TJ. Thanks again! Have a good day!

My OME (Old Man Emu) Nitrochargers are superb on washboard roads, I can take them at any speed I want to. My previous shocks, Rubicon Express Monotube (gas charged) were horrific on the same washboard roads, I had to slow way down on such roads.

ID:	78899 this is mine now with the 2" tera flex lift and aftermaket wheels. no rub cause of back space.but it did come new to me with 31" tires and factory rims matching the spare in the pic on it and they did rub. i later switched out to bfg at 31 and they did not rub so its all in the tire.
