318 magnum yj oil pressure guage and temperature guage

I've got a 1989 yj that we just put a 1994 dodge Dakota 318 or 5.2 v8 in. I can't figure how to get the sending units from the 5.2 to work the factory gauges in the yj. If anyone has any opinions I would appreciate it.

The 94 dodge engine dash guages worked through the engine processor. You will need to use your old sending units and the original wiring.

Did you install the engine processor from the dodge? If so you will need to double up the sensors one set for the processor and one set for your guages. To get the tach working youl need a pulse converter that you can get from Nevada Speed Shop. Thats where I got mine, works well.

Thanks for the help. I'm going to check into getting the 4.2 sensors in the 5.2. I couldn't find the Nevada speed shop online, do you know anywhere else to check on that pulse converter. Again thank you
