32rh slipping when cold?

My tranny feels like its slipping when I go to pull out of my driveway most mornings but feels fine once I start driving. Does anyone have any idea what would be the cause?

Have you made sure that you have the proper fluid level?
2000 4.0l Sport, Auto, some mods done - planning more
