4.0L 5spd mpg sweet spots?

Were gears at what speeds have you guys found produce best mpgs.
right now i usualy cruise at:
0 - 20mph in 3rd (my neighborhood/school zones)
25 mph in 4th (city streets)
35+ mph 5th (everywere else)

I use to cruize whatever is the lowest rpm but without the engine shaking like its gonna fall apart.. same thing with my 35s now.

Keep in mind a jeep traveling at 40 mph will be much more efficient (about 50% more efficient) than a jeep traveling at 80.

well ya, i dont speed so highway is 65 in ohio and 70 in michagan. Back when I was a stupid teenager and had sports cars I raced everywere, since then ive grown up and discovered 4wheelin and crawlin.

Hey I do the speed limit. I also allocate my time efficiently so monday mornings i wouldn't feel your pain.
