Question 4 cyl exhaust bolts

Can someone tell me the torque specs on the exhaust/air intake manifold bolts?

23 ft Lbs on a 2.5

'98 TJ 2.5 - 2,5" lift - 31"s on Pro-Comps
'02 KJ 2.5 - 3" lift - 245's on Moabs - Diesel
