This is my jeep now 4" inch rough country lift and i need new tires so i was thinking about a 1.25 inch body lift/ motor mount lift combo and 35"s and flat pannel fender flares.. Think i should stay 33"s or go to 35"s??

Are body lifts really necessary? What do I lose if I go with a 5.5" lift and no BL?

Nothing really. You're going to have to get a Long Arm setup with that tall of a lift though, which will mean some more flexibility. But people will a 3.5-4" lift and the same size tires with a BL can get the same results (practically)

And you don't need a BL at all, but it allows you to do a Tummy Tuck and many other beneficial things to raise your Jeeps undercarriage parts for more clearance.
