Nice, been debating this mod for a while now. Agree with jeepway, where are your reverse lights? I was going to get 4" red leds for tail lights and 1" clear leds for reverse lights slightly below the taillights.

I did mine last month. 4" LEDs with 1" white LEDs for reverse. I put my reverse lights above & to the inside of the LEDs. I used light bolts for tag lights.

I went last week to get my state inspection & 2 of the shop guys were standing behind the Jeep discussing how the "aftermarket reverse lights" would blind any drivers behind me where I had them mounted. They said they were inappropriate & should be pointed downwards as not to blind said drivers behind me. I couldn't help but laugh when I told them that if I was blinding a driver behind me with my reverse lights, he had a HELL of a lot more to worry about than the lights.

I guess that kind of embarrassed & pissed them off because they told me I failed due to lack of tag lights. I got out & stuck my finger under one of the light bolts & showed him that, in fact, I had tag lights.

Needless to say, I passed the inspection but didn't make any new friends that day.

Wow, those things give off some serious light! Nice, thanks for sharing. I'll keep an eye out for those if I decide to lose the square lights.

As of right now i dont have any the lights, a friend of mine gave them to me. We were talking about the leds one day because he has them on his yj but there the screw in style. I am looking at the 1" ones just dont know exactly where to put them yet

I still have a tire carrier to put on and the brackets go around the tail lights so i have to figure that out after i install that
