4" Lift for my TJ?..

Tax season is here and Obama is finally paying back the loan I gave him.

Wanting to run 33's. If I was to buy the main part of the kit:

TeraFlex Part 1141400 - 4 Inch Lift Kit - Fits 1997 to 2006 Jeep TJ Wrangler and Rubicon - 4 Wheel Parts

And buy a set of Currie adjustable control arms, and a SYE kit, what else would I need to make this a complete kit/lift?

I wanted to go with Currie btw because I have heard of some wearing issues on Teraflex bushings and a lot of people live by Currie.

By the way, my suspension is stuck and pretty old. I eventually want to replace it all (track bar... tie rod...etc)

Thoughts?

Why not just purchase the entire setup from savvy instead of mixing teraflex with Currie?

The teraflex kit you posted lacks shocks, front track bar, and disconnects. It also includes a useless drop pitman arm that won't be installed.

I would also suggest to just get the whole currie/savvy setup. It is basically all there, except the SYE and driveshaft.

Thank you, this is the exact info I was missing as far as what I would be lacking. On the pitman arm, is the stock arm used in stock location even with the lift?

As for shocks, forgot to mention I was going to grab the Bilstein 5100's as everyone seems to be happy with those.

Can you link me to the entire kit you are referring to? Is Savvy just a dealer of Currie?

This option had crossed my mind as well, but my thought process behind it was that I would save some money going with the Teraflex 4" base kit and buying the arms from Currie. I believe the Currie kit I was looking at was ~$2200. I don't mind spending the money to do it right, I just would obviously like to save if at all possible, as I have wheels and tires to buy, along with SYE and misc other parts..

Is this the kit you guys are referring to? :

Currie Enterprises CJ Axle Parts

I know this is an old thread, but it sounds like some of you guys have gotten the Savvy/Currie lift, which is what I'm wanting to get. I have two questions for you. Do you have any issues with tires hitting fenders, track bars hitting diff covers, etc? Also, is their 4" kit pretty much all I need minus the shocks? I know I'll probably want an SYE and driveshaft, which I'll be getting at some point.
