4in jeep x-series suspension lift kit

I am new to off roading and jeeps. I have been doing some reading and and some people have stated that the 4in jeep x series suspension life from rough country is pretty good. I am going to be light to moderate trails and still driving it on the road most a good amount.

You will find a lot of folks bashing the Rough Country stuff but I have their 4" lift on my 97 TJ it was there when I bought it.
I don't have any issues with it.
I replaced the shocks with RC 2.2 and it rides great.
I don't do a lot of off roading (Florida doesn't have hills) just some beach riding.
I'm running 33x12.5x15 tires and still room for more.
Just my 2 cents.

I have the RC N2.0 4'' lift. And all I have to say is you defiantly get what you pay for. I can only describe it as OK, not good, not great, just ok. If you want a great lift look at Currie, but that's going to be more than $400-$500

Not tying to jump on the zone band wagon but If I was to do it again, I would do the Zone 4.25'' combo or build that same amount of lift/body lift but from a place like Savvy. If your OEM control arms are in good condition, they are better than most aftermarket control arms.

Installed the 4" RC Xseries with the upgraded N2.2 shocks a couple of weeks ago and couldn't be happier. I also added a 1" Teraflex body lift at the same time. I plan on running 35s. Haven't been trail riding yet but there's not much here in Louisiana to test it on except mud which is not my thing. It's my DD so on-road I have no complaints. It rides like a jeep, I didn't expect it to feel like my wife's Cadillac.
