Well on the 20th I ordered a 4 inch lift from 4x4groupbuy.com. 2 days later I called and asked for the status of my order. A nice young lady answer and tells me she has no record of my order or a tracking number. Mam I ordered the lift on the 20th, your company already took the money. Well Ill call Zone Offroad and get to the bottom of this. 6 hours later still no email, updates, phone calls so I deside to call zone offroad. Sir I am calling to check the status of my order from 4x4groupbuy.com. His reply is the company has made no orders from them in April what so ever.
How could this be? So many have recomended both companys for business so I wanted to pass my earnings on to them but both comanies apear to be lazy and neglect order status. Friday rolled around I called again still no shipment or tracking number so now Im getting up.
I just want my damn lift. Is that too much to ask for? Theyve had my money since the 20th.
I think they need to send me some quick dissconnects for the trouble there putting me through. I need the lift for the weekend of the 30th, 1st, and 2nd.
That sucks man. Have you spoken with the owner, Jason Laliberty? If not give him a call @ 207-998-5701 . . . he seemed to be pretty on top of things when I dealt with 4x4GroupBuy a couple of years ago. Worst case scenerio you should be able to get that money credited back and can call somebody like David at Northridge4x4 . . . but hopefully Jason will do right by you and make this right for you. Today is the 6th day 4x4groupbuy.com has had my money and I still have no tracking number. No phone calls or emails. I called Zone and they provided me the tracking number ship date and when it will arive. Arives tomorrow in time to be put on and tested this weekend of the 30th, 1st, and 2nd.
I desided to send 4x4groupbuy an email directly to Jason since they didnt answer their phone!
I hope I finally recieve something from them instead of another run around. A phone call or email saying they messed up somewhere and were sorry in the beginning would have been fine but to leave me out of the loop shows me poor business as of right now.
Hopefully I recieve something soon from them and they make this right.
I placed the order over the computer. I had all the print outs of my order being placed and the money being taken from the bank. They started to place the blame on Zone but I called Zone and they opened 4x4groubuys account and they have placed no orders what so ever for the month of April. Ive called and placed multiple emails to 4x4 and still have no recieved anything back from them!
I just got off the phone with 4x4 group buy and we spoke about the problems that arrised and the solution to it and we came to common ground. The order was placed on the third day when they realised their email had no sent out to zone and they took full responsibility for what happened.
We found common ground, spoke about the product more and figured out what we could do on my next order I am placing and I MUST say I am VERY pleased

wow, up and down, waffle back and forth, order or not based on this old thread..? I just decided to call and ask if they could see my order on line? Jake said "we're no longer carrying Superior but I can save you a little (about $22) with a G2 master overhaul kit with the same Timken parts and have it out to you by tomorrow. This is Wed, I should have it on Friday. Hard to beat that kind of customer service..just FYI
