5 Wheel Rotation

Who puts their spare tire into their tire rotation? If you do what is the pattern of your rotation. I only have about 2K miles on my new tires and thought when I do my first rotation I should include my spare.

I've been doing this since I bought my Jeep. Recommended pattern is as follows.
LF to RR, RR to RF, RF to LR, LR to Spare, Spare to LF. Every 3000 miles, or sooner if you notice any cupping on the tread.

I usually take the passenger rear and put it on the spare and put the spare where the passenger rear would normally go.

I just bought new tires, and bought a matching spare rim & tire, so that I can do a 5 wheel rotation.
