Cut spring purches off 8.8:
Buy and weld a TJ axle bracket kit on...spring cups, control arm mounts, shock mounts, tracbar mount etc.

Then....you have to either do a yoke conversion on the 8.8 or flange adapter for the driveshaft, Then you need to do the plumbing for the brakelines and then the ebrake.

Would you like a link to the swap?

If you've never done it before... Like pinion angle and welding and all that... Get someone who knows how to, to help you.

I am planning on doing this swap, but don't have the man power right now.

You can set up an 8.8 for cheaper than most heavier duty rearends. They aren't as beefy as a D60 or a 14 bolt, but they're WAY heavier duty than the D35. There is PLENTY of aftermarket support for putting the 8.8 under a TJ. I'm in the process of doing it right now. Here's a link for a helluva deal on a setup kit........
