8.8 build and super 35

yea i know another question on this subject.....but i can,t find these numbers any where.

question no. 1 is there an easy way to tell if an axle has the .188 wall tubes or the .250 tubes without tearing apart?

question 2 see lots of numbers on the 88 for strength but not on super 35. where does the super 35 compare in strenght to the 44,8.8 etc.

i have a super 35 superior with detriot and full traction truss. now thinking of building a 88 for spare

I believe that a super 35 is stronger than D44 but not as strong as ford 8.8. I know that ford 8.8 is great for 37s and that super 35 is good for 35s. The limit of a D44 is generally 35s.
