Hey everyone. I have my shortened nine inch just about ready to install and I have a few questions. I'm getting ready to weld the brackets to the housing and I'm a little apprehensive. Any advice on getting it correct? I am very good with a welder but I'm a little unsure on how to get the angles correct with refference to brackets. As far as positioning I'm not to worried cause I am good with a ruler but I've heard if you don't match the angles of the brackets in relation to the pinion you can twist the housing. So to avoid that I'm looking for some pointers on getting it right? I have the existing D35 for comparison. I also have a three inch lift with adjustable upper control arms. Should I adjust the angle of the brackets to change the pinion angle or just put them stock and adjust it with the control arms? Thanks!
