97 high idle

Bought a 1997 Wrangler sport with 83k miles... Immediately had to replace the fuel pump, ouch, and now I'm either fluctuating during idol or I'm humming at 1100 RPM's... Help me out guys, I am indeed a newbie!

High idle is usually the result of a vacuum leak or a stuck open idle air controller. Do you know how to check for both?
