Question '97 or '98 Tub Direct Replacement for '02 ?

Thinking of a tub swap instead of patching rust in existing tub; will a '97 or '98 tub be direct replacement for an '02 ?

Dont see why it wouldnt be, not too many things changed from 97 to 02...mostly just cosmetic interior stuff like seat material, dash gauges, ect..
