97 tj 04 soft top hardware to fit.

I have a 97 tj. Got a top with frame from a 04 tj. The frame has plastic clevis's on the ends of the rods. But i don't have a clue how to mount this and what i need for hardware?I have the door surounds and tailgate bar. The wind shield bar seems to be built into the top. Thanks.

Do you have the mounting brackets on the roll bar? And you need the tail gate bar retainers if you don't have them. I think that's it.....

Remember...the roll bar brackets from a 97-02 are different from the 03-06. You need the 03-06 brackets which are a bit longer to accommodate the larger roll bar padding (even though you have the older padding), it'll give you a better/tighter fit since you have an 04 soft top.

Don't know exactly what you are thinking of adding but it will fit fine.
