Question 97 TJ with 4" Rough Country N2.0 lift - issue with TC lever

Just installed the kit but TC lever not working well. 2H to 4H is a breeze but 4H back to 2H is about impossible. I've read about others customizing the adapter included in the kit but can't get specifics.

Anyone have thoughts on what type of changes are needed to get this working right?

It's not a matter of customizing the bracket. You sometimes need to adjust the rod.
