I am sort of new to the Jeep world. I had a 93 Wrangler for a while and sold it due to the lovely Texas heat. I know that Jeeps have a rougher ride which is not a problem. Recently we purchased a 97 Wrangler. When we bought it the owner informed us it had front end issue and needed to be alligned. We took it to the allignment shop and it did nothing. So we went to the next thing and decided to change the gear box. This helped a lot, but it did not fix the road walking, bouncy, unpredictable ride that we have. We don't know what to do anymore. The Jeep has 31' tires all in good condition it also has a lift. The lift is approximently 4'. When the lift was installed could something be wrong with it? If so what do we do? The tie rod has been replaced and another front end part has been replaced, but I can not seem to remember the name.
The next issue is the blinkers. When you turn the lights on in the dash the right blinker light comes on and stays on. Both rear blinkers work, but the front do not. The blinkers blink extremly fast, but both bulbs work. Is this a wiring issue or a fuse issue? Again new to all this want to get it up and going and hit some trails but need to give it some TLC! Thanks for any help I can get!!!
