99 soft top NO WINDOWS from dealer?

Hi,

I am new to the forum lots of good info here...my question is: I just purchased my fathers jeep...it is a '99. He purchased it brand new....it is a dual top...In the past ten years he had the hard top off ONCE !!! and never put the soft top up SOOO, he seemed to think that he never had the side or rear windows....which just doesnt make sense to me....was that an option ????? anyways.....I am loving it....it only has 61,000 miles and just a blast....not the best gas mileage.....but It never crosses my mind while driving with the top off..

thanks,
Jim

They came with the side windows and rear. Depending on if it was half doors or full doors would tell us about if there were half windows there too.

If you haven't gotten more out of the insurance company than you deserve, then you haven't screwed them nearly as much as they have been screwing you for the past xx years.

Dual top was only avail w/ full doors as far as I know, but yeah, it came w/ windows.

Any chance dad lost them? Dealer isn't going to help you at this stage of the game.

yeah.....it has full doors....I just talked to my mom...and she said they showed up after hours...or just as they were closing for the day...which makes me wonder if the dealer was in such a hurry to get them out the door ...maybe they forgot to give them the back and rear windows....I believe they would have come in a cardboard box.....I'm sure the dealer will step up and fix the problem after 10 years
