99 tj electrical problem

my 1999 tj has developed an electrical problem. when i turn on the headlights the windshield wipers turn on and will not turn off until i turn off the lights.
this does not happen when only the parking lights are on. however, when i flash the brites with the ignition switch power even when the headlights are off the wipers cycle one time.
anybody got a fix.

My guess would be you have a bad ignition switch, the cylinder the key goes in to start the jeep. When they go bad, which is common, the wipers, turn signals, radio, and other strange electrical things happen.
