99 TJ Lift Update

Hi all a few weeks ago I just got my jeep and was asking for lift and tire suggestions. If you didn't catch the thread, Below is what I decided with.

5.5" Rubicon Express Extreme long arm lift Kit
Tom Woods Rear Drivre shaft
Advanced Adapters S.Y.E.
Rubicon Express Mono Shocks
35" Wrangler MTR Tires
Pro Comp RockCrawler Rims.

Thanks to all of those who helped me make these decisions. I know most of you like pictures so I added some before and afters. The after was taken at night. Check em out.

Next on my list:
Rocker Guards (Currie or ARB)
Lockers I don't what type I'm going to go with.

That lift makes those 35's look small!! Let us know how well it works when you get a chance to take it out and get it dirty.
Very NICE!!

Took the Jeep out

Well we ran White Mountain and John Bull. Everything runs GREAT. I'm surprised with the smooth ride. I think the 35" tires are perfect. 37s would look nice on the street but I don't think they would perform as well. I still need to regear soon, I tend to bog down more than I would like.

You get what you pay for. Rubicon Express has some great quality. I have the 3.5" Super Flex setup and I beat the crap out of it this past weekend doing some high speed lumber trail riding with my son. No problems at all...very impressive.

Good luck with it man!
