A Very Simple Question

This question has probably been asked before, but here goes... I have a 2004 Wrangler X with stock suspension and I'm wondering if 10.50 - 15 tires will fit without rubbing.
Thanks!

I've been running BFG 31x10.5x15's on stock alum 8x15 wheels 05 Sport with no rub whatsoever so far. I say so far cause I haven't done much off road with them yet. I think they may rub the fender flares a little under the right circumstances.

yes, but only if you don't go too tall, like 30 or 31 inches max

31x10.50's might rub the control arms a little at full side to side wheel lock. But easily correctable by adding a couple washers to the steering stops.

if you disconnect when/if you go off road they may rub a bit. Also, like mentioned above, washers in the steering stops will cure all problems

here is an excellent write up on the washer trick. This site has TONS of great info

I'll add my 2 cents. I've got an 04 with 31 MT/Rs and haven't had a problem on or off road. No rub. But I haven't disconnected yet either.

I've got an 04 X and I have 31 x 10.5 BFG A/Ts. I haven't had any problems with rubbing but like SouthTJ said I haven't disconnected yet either.

I do have rubi springs though. They don't make a huge difference but they help.
