So I just turned 100k and seeing as I'm due for a oil change in about a week I'm doing it next weekend. I recently changed diff fluid and air filter, asides from that oil/filter and spark plug change what else should i do.

Transmission & transfer case fluids and clean the throttle body and attached sensors. I'm going to tackle the rear main seal, valve cover and oil pan gaskets and cat back exhaust in a couple weeks when I do an oil change. I'm coming up on 119K.

What's involved in that. I have a slight leak from mine and have never done a rear main before.

For the trans is it ok to just change the fluid and filter and not do a flush? And how do yall feel about valvoline max life?

I have just changed the fluid on my trans. It's an '05 6 speed. Never did a flush on it. Aside from crawling around underneath, it's just as easy as an oil change. I used Royal Purple Synchromax. I found it cheapest even after shipping on a Mustang site -American Muscle.com. I found a promo code on Google.
