IMO that is a buy back and repair make a good trail rig........ that is fairly easy fix..swap out front fenders for new TNT flat fenders, and swap in some lights for the Marker lights fix for well less than $2K if you got some friends/ Jeep buddies it might be a one day job..no more than a weekend for sure

They already said was not enough damage to total the Jeep, they are only giving me $4100, the other driver's limit is $5000 according to them.

Not likely that the frame is bent, and I think you can build up a nice road and trail ready Jeep with money to spare.

drivers limit is $5k? wtf is that? sounds like some BS or the worst ins company ever.

i'd get a second opinion before accepting any offer and go from there. if its more than the other drivers actual coverage, your ins company should cover it

the limit they are saying is probably their medical limit for someone in their car.. most liability ins policies go up to 50k or more. I wouldn't cash the check until the frame was checked on their dime

Travelers
&
Automobile Insurance Co of Harthford, CT

Both the same

I would do It yourself!

Get some poison spyder front fenders, and a offroad front bumper. (500? Bucks)

A zone 3" lift, 1" mml, 1" rokmen bl (600)

And some nice 33" wheels and tires (1600)

Have a badass jeep, and pocket 1,000 or so! You lucky guy!

Been looking in PA, thinking of hitting Harry U Pull It, craigslist is just 3.07s and 3.55s, and got to match that 8.8 posi 3.73 laying in my yard.

Ginger TJ,

Dont like messing with paint and bodywork, got up line up fenders and grille after an accident is just a pain, the rest of the cash gona go on putting in the 8.8, an sye, and jks control arms all around, already got the 5 1/4" lift and 33 going to a project yj to bash around, someday to complete it.
