ACE rock sliders for TJ

I just ordered some ACE rock sliders today. With having 35' and 4'inch lift I wanted some rail protection from rocks and trees. Not to mention it will be used by the wife as steps. I looked at other sliders and didn't want to cut the body mount brushings. I figured this would be a easier install just grind the edges of the body mount washers. The install looks pretty straight forward and made in USA. Has anyone installed one on TJ yet? And how do you like them?

Ok just got my ace rock sliders and no instructions. The video you see is installed on jk not tj. Different body mount bolt. I dont have the big nuts to grind out. So has anyone installed one on TJ it did come with 4 adaptors but cant figure it out? Might have to call Adam at Ace and ask.

Finally finished install last night. Once I figured it out it was very easy. Took me and my wife's help 10 minutes. Here are some picks. Also just to help anyone else out step by step instructions. Remove the body mount bolts. Two on each side. Now take the rubber body bushings that came off. You will NOT use it. Then slide the adaptors into the rock sliders the flat side facing down. Then slide the bolts into the body mount and tighten the bolts. Thats it. Nothing to cut or bend. Fit perfectly. Reason I bought this was primarily to use it as steps. Also didn't want to cut the body mount bushings. Looks great and solid design works great as step and protection.

I had them on my previous jeep and loved them. They took some pretty good abuse on the rocks and kept on keeping on. Pretty solid and well made.

Their web site is http://www.krawloff-road.com. Adam is the owner and maker of the ACE rock sliders. He is very nice and knowledgeable.
