I got a 2002 apex edition and am looking to go with the rough country 2.5 suspension lift and some 31's possibly. Still kinda stuck between 31's or 32's. Just curious what are some other things I should look into getting for trail use. Not making this a monster it's my daily driver.
There are so many threads on this topic, almost every question you could have and quite a number you don't know you have yet have been answered a multitude of times.
The best thing you can do is search (google or here) and start reading "lift advice" threads.
When I had my TJ I went with the BDS 2" suspension lift (shocks and tires) and was very happy with it! It raised my Jeep about 2.75" and was as smooth or smoother than stock!
I ran 31.5" tires (265/75/16) with plenty of room.
Good luck! .....as stated above, there is volumes of info here on the subject, use the search function and enjoy.
Just quick question, any thing you guys recommend I do to get it trail ready. I know one thing is a quick disconnect is nice to have, anything else for me.
