After market electronics... Wiring upgrade?

I am running an electric fan, winch, 2 off-road driving lights, and a pretty big sound system. What wiring/battery upgrades do I need to do this correctly?

You need to use relays for each accessory.

I've got a relay on my lights, but not on my power wire for my amps... Do I need one there? What about my winch, do they come equipt with a relay in the wiring kit? Previous owner had the winch put on so I'm not sure if it has one or not.
