Here is what I got. Simple and not too flashy. I've worn the laquer coating off of it but it looks better since it is aluminum.

I had one in a trcuk once that was the cork stopper from Jim Beam Bourbon Barrel. It was made of cork so it was kinda brittle in cold weather, but it was awesome looking.
I used to have a voodoo on my old car and it was quite confortable.. (mine didnt have the letters though)
w4mac make you securely tighten those pedals.. the cheap brackets that come with them.. they fall off and it can be dengerous if they get stuck or slip.
Spin it counter clockwise hard. If that doesnt work then use a sharp flat screw driver and pull the cap off that shows the speed directions on it and there should be a nut on there which you have to unscrew with a socket wrench
BTW be careful with the screwdriver since it can put marks in the stock shifter knob (but ur replacing it anyways so)
