Aftermarket Shift Knobs

Can anyone recommend an aftermarket shift knob that has worked well for them on a manual tranny?

Thanks!

Here is what I got. Simple and not too flashy. I've worn the laquer coating off of it but it looks better since it is aluminum.

This is for the YJ but may work.

I'm like the looks of the Hurst Handle. Does one size fit all?

I had one in a trcuk once that was the cork stopper from Jim Beam Bourbon Barrel. It was made of cork so it was kinda brittle in cold weather, but it was awesome looking.

I dont remember the Jeep's thread size off the top of my head, but you either get the SAE or metric one and it has adapters for each size.

Running a Rocknob on mine ATM.

The rocknob and my old Hurst T-Handle have been most comfortable ones I have used.

My kids picked me up some of those Fast and Furious looking pedals and shift knob from Walmart. Had to put em on since the kids bought em.

I used to have a voodoo on my old car and it was quite confortable.. (mine didnt have the letters though)

w4mac make you securely tighten those pedals.. the cheap brackets that come with them.. they fall off and it can be dengerous if they get stuck or slip.

Yea, I noticed that. Drilled holes through the pedals and used nut on longer screws on 2 of the bolts on each pedal.

Spin it counter clockwise hard. If that doesnt work then use a sharp flat screw driver and pull the cap off that shows the speed directions on it and there should be a nut on there which you have to unscrew with a socket wrench

BTW be careful with the screwdriver since it can put marks in the stock shifter knob (but ur replacing it anyways so)

I have an 8 ball on it now and I like how it looks but it has a couple annoying sharp spots on the adapter. Appreciate the offer though!

I bought a Hurst Handle last night and go figure the 10x1.5 mm adapter fitting was missing out of the kit
