Alignment cam bolt kit

i just ordered the zone 4.25" lift combo kit. for my 03 wrangler X (tj). Its a 3" suspension lift and 1.25" BL and 1" MML. they said that you may need the front alignment cam bolt kit if your jeep didnt come with front cam bolts from factory.

I wanted to know if i need this kit? Is it nesessary? Do i already have the bolts?
Its like $30 for just bolts.

Thanks any info would help

I was advised to get a cam bolt kit, but I read that the bolts come loose. Jeep stopped using them.

The only TJ's that came with them were 97's and some early 98's. Don't get them, lift it and see where it sits after. If you do need to adjust it you are better off with adjustable CA's.

The only adjustment those cam bolts are useful for is the caster angle and that is usually ok after installing a suspension lift with fixed length control arms. The control arm manufacturers manufacture the arms so their lengths give an appropriate caster angle. In other words, I doubt you need that cam bolt kit.
