Alignment issue

I had a 2" BB installed on my TJ.
Recently I removed the coils spacers upfront and replaced the front coils with some 2" BDS XJ coils to compensate fro my heavy front bumper and winch. I have a 2" lift with 265/75/16 tyres which equates to 31.6".

I wnt to have the alignment done today as the frontend feels a little loose when going over bumps or irregularities in the road. The shop said everything was fine and in the end only cetered the steering wheel. My caster however is at 4*12' Left and 4*24' Right. From what I can read this is not correct. Do I need to take it back to the shop and let them adjust it? Can they adjust it?

Unless you have aftermarket adjustable length control arms installed, your '03 TJ's caster angle is not adjustable. I wouldn't worry about 4 degrees, that's a little light but it won't cause a problem.
Aah OK so I would be correct in assuming that the Caster angle will be the cause for what I am feeling on the steering? It feels very twitchy. Would adjustable length control arms fix this and would it be worth it at all?

If the steering damper is not what it ought to be anymore, I assume this would amplify this feeling? Once again I would not be surprised if I am wrong.
