What type of 3-link? Using a track bar or a y-link? Your best option is a 4-link IMO. Something with a truss like Rock Krawler, Clayton, or Poly Performance. Now, the Poly kit requires you to weld everything where are the other two are kits that bolt on, except for the trusses.
I know that Full Traction offers a 3-link Y-link type rear upgrade and a lot of what I've read is very positive about it.
The biggest advantage to these is the removal of the track bar, thus eliminating axle sway or minimizing it. You really don't gain any suspension travel until you upgrade your shocks and springs. For moderate offroading, I probably wouldn't waste the money on a super fancy kit when the stock TJ suspension can work very well with upgraded control arms and track bars.
