Am i over paying?

Well I took my jeep (2006 automatic SE 4" lift) to a jeep specialty mechanic in my area. He says it has a TC drop and quoted me $1500 bucks to put on a slip yolk eliminator kit w/ CV drive shaft and rear adjustable upper control arms. The drop looks at most 2" and $1500 will just get it back to stock height. Is it just me or does that sound expensive? For around that much I feel like it should raised not just left at stock height. Im going to call around but wanted to get others insight on this.

Thank you

Well, you are dealing with about $900ish in parts and the rest labor. Well known shops typically charge $75-$100/hr. So it's probably about right.

Thank you. Do you think I should add adjustable lowers to the list?
