another offset question

I am wanting to buy mickey thompson sidebiters that are 15x10 with -46 offset and 3.63 backspacing. will I be able to fit 35x13.50's MTZ's with a 4 inch suspension and 2 inch body lift wihout alot of tire rubbage?
