Any good Fog Light install write ups?

I have a set of Hella Black Magic Driving lights and I am a little confused about how to wire them up. I have a wiring harness that is basically plug and play but I can't seem to find a good place to mount the relay and I don't really know how to get the wires for the switch through the firewall to the dash. Bear with me, I electronically challenged.

Nearly all the wiring inside the cabin is there already and you can use the stock relay in the fuse box in the engine compartment. You'll only have to extend a wire from the C110 connector pin 13 above the driver side wheel well. If you use the factory wiring the fog lamp indicator on the dash will illuminate when you turn the fogs on.

This link should help

I have some notes I made after reading the wiring diagrams in a manual I have for the TJ. They might be useful. If you have any interest in them I'll post them.
