Why do so many people only ask for an opinion about a product after they have already bought it? Shouldn't that question be asked before it is purchased?

I have the 'standard' Pro Comp mud terrains on my jeep. Some road noise, but not excessive IMO. They wear some, but dont seem exceptionally prone to wear to me, though admittedly I dont put a ton of miles on them annually - maybe 5k-7.5k annually. They have not failed me - in mud - yet (snow is a different story).
