Anyone else have a problem when they pump gas in and it doesn't want to take it therefor it shuting the pump off like its full?
I have to keep the nozzle half way out and watch my gas gauge just to fill it up all the way. :banghead:
There's an anti-syphon device that causes high flow pumps to kick off. It seems to affect a lot of our rigs. You can do a workaround with parts, or just pump it on slow. I just tell 'em to pump slow here, I've been problem free since the second time I got gas in it.
yeah, mine does it too. I just pull the nozzle out a little, and watch the gas gauge till it reaches 3/4 and then pump slow after that. it's annoying but I just live with it.
X2 Besides if you pump slow you can usually add more fuel even tho the trigger stops. I tend to do this when no one is waiting behind me to fuel up so I take my time and no spills on the paint or ground.
I have one of the GM filler necks I was going to put in my TJ before I got rid of it still new in the packaging. If I can find it, I'd let it go cheap.
