Anyone have a clue as to what disconnects these are?

A guy is selling them here close to me and was wondering if anyone has seen them and what they are worth.

I have a set of the JKS's an they do have their logo on them along with plastic heim joint on each end. Those look real similar to the ones rough country sends with their kit.
