I have an 06 rubicon and notice this pitting starting around my rear fenders. Anyone else have this issue? Any suggested fix, just paint as far as I see or is there more to it?

The photo is not that clear but from what I can see it looks like the fender flare can move around a bit. It sand gets inbetween the body and the flare it rubs nice little holes in your paint.
