Seems nice, but doesn't seem worth it at all. It'd be cheaper to simply take your valuables OUT of the Jeep when you're not in it. I don't keep jack in my Jeep.

I say forget the 2 tiny options and just get the one large option. This is what I picked up and it fits a ton of crap and love it. I never use the glove box since its so tiny anyways.

While I like the Tuffy system, my biggest recommendation is the iVault from Quadratec to protect your radio. Keep most valuables out of your car, but removing the radio is a pain in the ass.

I have the tuffy glove box that solo mentioned and the console by tuffy that Talon suggests. I didn't buy or install them. They came along with my 04 TJ when I bought it used. I like them both just fine. The glove box has a better fit but I use it less because I'm too lazy to reach. I have the subwoofer in mine so the space in the tuffy console is extremely limited. More so than in my old TJ without a sub.

Wow...thanks for the ivault suggestion...I too have never seen it but will most likely pick one up after I replace my headunit. Heck, I may pick one up anyway since I won't be so worried about my headunit if it rains with one of those installed. lol

I have both, Tuffy's glove box and console liner. Between the two, I'd hate to lose the larger console liner but I like having both. Either is easy to install, with the console liner requiring a bit more work since you have to remove the entire console. No big deal, it's easier to do that than it may look.

You can get them keyed the same which is a huge convenience. I also have Tuffy's rear under-seat security drawer that is also keyed the same. All three are comforting to have.

I have been debating the I vault. Not sure its worth it though considering the head unit can replaced with a good one for a 100 bucks. Dont leave anything I need besides the radio in my Jeep and always leave the doors unlocked. Hopefully they will try opening the door before they cut my top.

I keep my Ipod locked up in my Tuffy glove box where I never have to touch it because I can control it from the Sony head unit. Since that is not the only valuable thing I sometimes store there, the Tuffy glove box was a good decision for me.

For those who are considering the cheaper Smittybilt glove box, don't. It's Chinese junk compared to the Tuffy.

I have the tuffy glove box and console liner and also like them both. They also make a rear trunk box kind of thing that I have and it is nice also, uses the tail gate lock to secure things... I didn't buy any of these but if I did it all again I would at least buy the glove box one. Just like Jerry, I keep my iPod and a couple other somewhat nice things and it works great, unless I forget to lock it!

I was just reading on the ivault on another forum and it was not getting good reviews. Many felt it difficult to install because it just didn't fit right, others complained that Qtec sent the wrong unit or that the barrel lock was junk. I considered the ivault as well but now I'm thinking differently....
