It looks like some custom addons to a plain tube bumper

All homemade bumper.

Not my cup of tea but it's your jeep.

Well, since you asked...lol...for my tastes it is too much 'fluff'. IMHO if you could take off the upper loops, etc and stick with the dual tubes it would look much better. Of course, this is coming from someone who still has the factory bumpers :-)

I'm not a fan of any tube bumper and I'm especially no fan of what the previous owner did to that tube bumper with the extraneous tubing on top.

The Jeep experience is a lot like the Harley experience. Customize your rig to make you happy and the hell with everyone else. But only because you asked for opinions: that bumper is hideous. But hey, if you like it stick with it.

Yeah that's cool. I want D-Rings, but I'm on a stock bumper and have no idea if that's possible or not lol

Ive seen some one on this forum put them directly on the the frame right below the stock bumper. Give it a shot there might be a place you can hook them up too.

You could probably take out a cow with that bumper.
+ 1 on the D rings. I'll have to figure out a way to attach them to my semi stock bumper.

Still think it is all homemade. Why...the plate that runs down through the tubes on the bottom,, the sharpness of the bend in the tube where it bends back towards the tires.

Looks like someone just wanted to build themself a bumper.

Pro Comp makes cheap bumpers...they're not gonna be nearly as strong as the high end bumpers you can buy for $300+ but they make a good cheap replacement until you can dump some big bucks into your Jeep.

I think I paid like $150 shipped for mine at 4wd.com...but I got it during a sale.

Pro Comp Front Bumpers and Other Jeep Parts and Jeep Accessories by 4 Wheel Drive Hardware-RH1 (top one with D-rings)
