Question anyone run this budget lift?

Im looking for a small lift on a budget and im stuck between 2.

This is the first one im leaning towards the most but does anyone here have it or know someone who has it? Also, can you guys think of anything else i should buy to go with it? im already planning on dropping the TC about 3/4 and inch or so.

First option. Rubicon express 2"

Rubicon Express 2" Economy Kit with Twin Tube Shocks for 97-06 Jeep® Wrangler TJ & Unlimited - Quadratec

Second option. Skyjacker 2" (ive heard some bad reviews for this one but could use some expert opinions)

Skyjacker Standard 2" Spacer Lift Kit with Nitro Shocks for 97-06 Jeep® Wrangler TJ & Unlimited - Quadratec

the spacers are spacers. the shocks are the big question. i've heard good things about the skyjacker hydros. and i've heard bad things about the twin tube RE shocks. Personally I am looking at the 4wheelcustoms 2.25" kit with skyjacker shocks. Link here:
