Anyone who is running a puma compressor click here!

Recently lost my CO2 hookup since my buddy moved away and no longer works at the welding shop. And the nearest CO2 fill up is about 45 min away! I seen a post a while back where some one was mounting one under their hood but cant find it now. If the specs are right on this thing it should be one monster of a setup. I like to plan things out before I buy so was wanting to figure out mounting locations. I plan on mounting the tank somewhere on the frame and the motor under the hood. I was wondering if someone had the dimensions on the compressor itself so I could figure out a good mounting location. Thanks in advance.

I can't post images at work but if your search some of my posts you'll see a mock up of my PUMA compressor in my engine bay that I'll be completing this summer. I think I posted in a shovel mounting thread...

If you don't find them, I'll post later this evening .

Yep that would be the post I was referring to! Did you get the install finished or still a work in progress? Could you by chance get the measurements for the compressor for me? Trying to find a suitable spot under the hood for mounting. I like your idea on the support bars but way to much work for me. I thought about maybe mounting the compressor in the trunk area and the tank on the frame in the rear. Just trying to get an idea of where to put it all. Thanks

I believe the manual has the dimensions, I'll scan it over the weekend and post.
