ARB Customer Service

So I am in the process of putting an ARB in the front and rear of my TJ. I had some questions so I put out an email to ARBs email address thinking it would be days until I heard back. It was within an hour that Marc got back with me. Totally impressed. Then when I showed him pictures of the side gear and the small amount of pitting in which he explained that it is usually due to a bent axle tube. He said as a good well gesture he would send me new side gears and spider gears as they should be replaced in sets. I received them this last week and I did not even need to pay shipping. It was this customer service which solidified my decision to by another ARB locker for the front. Just due to this ARB will have a customer for life. Service now days is such a second thought to companies, but not for ARB. Just thought I would share my experience.

Thanks for sharing this. In my job I buy a wide variety of products from many different companies and I always mark the ones with bad customer service. I will go out of my way and even pay more to use the companies with the better service. I will pay more for the piece of mind knowing that if there is a problem, I will be taken care of.

All that is just one reason why so many of us recommend ARB's Air Lockers so strongly, thanks for sharing that awesome support incident!

Awesome, I too have a front and rear ARB locker. I feel it is worth doing business with companies that provide this type of support even though their product may be a little more expensive than their competitors.
