Are painted flares worth the price?

I ask because I am looking to get a new set of fender flares and am torn between bushwacker's flat style flares and their painted pocket flares (since they are on sale at quadratec right now). I like the style of the flat flares and I think they will look better once I "finish" upgrading my jeep. They are matte finish and I would like to get bumpers with a similar finish. I just am not a fan of gloss finishes on a Jeep. But Im not sure how quickly the plastic tends to fade on these flares. So if the flat flares do indeed fade is it worth it to buy painted flares to prevent any fading issues?

Also off topic but does anyone make metal street legal fender flares? Just curious. Thanks for the replies.

Any dealers or Mopar parts stores selling the Painted Fender flares for the 2012 Unlimited? I would prefer the OEM over the bushwackers.

Any one know if you can purchase the OEM painted vender flares from Mopar? I went with the standard black flares and now I am thinking it would look better with the painted.?
