Are there caps/covers for tailgate bolt holes?

I removed the spare tire from the rear of my 97 wrangler and really like the look of nothaving a spare tire mounted. I thought about just painting the bolts that came out, but wondered if anyone made a product to cover the bolt holes?

Seems with as much random stuff as they make for jeeps, there would be a market for such a thing.

If they are threaded then put in the bolts and paint them red. It will look fine.

Hardware stores (Ace, Orchard) carry snap in plugs. Ace is your best bet as the people there are more helpful.

I think most of us just put the screws back in, I know I did, and I pulled the plug from inside to fill the hole where the lights came through, it didn't want to fit, being oval and all, but hey, I got skills!
